As our residents and business owners begin to return, there will undoubtedly be a myriad of issues and complaints. The City of Savannah Government asks that all such issues be directed to 311. We have additional personnel staffing the 311 call lines to address an increase in call volume.
It is important that we track and document all of our efforts to clean-up from Hurricane Irma for the FEMA disaster declaration and reimbursement process and 311 is the method for allowing us to do so.
