The Downtown Neighborhood Association of Savannah hosted Jennifer Dulong, Executive Director of the Chatham Savannah Authority for the Homeless (CSAH) and Officer Vincent Pellegrini, Savannah Police Department's Liaison to the Homeless for the February membership meeting.
